    How does a Property Inspections work?

    Inspections are recommended to determine preventative maintenance (if any) to the property. Regular inspections of the property are completed by the property manager and maintenance team when taking on the rental, midway through a lease term, and when a tenant moves out, and any other time as requested by the owner.

    Your property, along with photos, will be advertised on our website, craigslist, and a few other outside sources. We also have the leading screen system for applicants.  A property Information Sheet will be prepared for your property with all the necessary information

    What is usually looked for in tenants?

    1. Good credit history - ability to pay the rent 
    2. Stability of employment –
    3. 5 Personal or business references
    4. Avoid overcrowding - ask about the number of people who will be living in the property. Overcrowding can cause excessive wear and tear.
    5. Proof of identity – copy of legal form of identification.
